Our call answering system has been integrated with our Primary Rate Interface (PRI) telephone circuits from our telephone provider which are backed up by our Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) circuits.
These PRI circuits provide us with Caller Name & Caller ID Information. This feature is invaluable to the servicing of our clients. When answering a call; we are able to quickly verify a caller’s name and telephone information for added efficiency in our call handling.
