Utilizing the PInnacle Call Scripting system from Proteledata, we are able to capture caller information quickly and efficiently to best serve the needs of our client.

We understand the importance of each and every call to your business and our agents focus on each callers need. Each caller is a source of revenue for you and your business and our call scripts are designed to make the callers experience a professional one. Our agents have access to on-line help screens; thereby assuring appropriate information is available to our agents and relayed as they are speaking with your callers.

All of your incoming phone calls will be answered with the name of your company and your callers will receive a positive assurance their call is going to get the attention it deserves. We are available 24 Hours a day / 7 days a week, to cover your phone lines whether you are closed for the business day or need our assistance for covering short-staffing situations.

Once your messages have been entered into our computerized messaging system, our telephone service representatives can contact your On-Call Representative via Digital or Alpha-Numeric Pager, call them at home or any other designated number.

In addition, we can provide your office with a fax print out or e-mail of all messages taken and dispatched on your behalf.

Our call answering system has been integrated with our Primary Rate Interface (PRI) telephone circuits from our telephone provider which are backed up by our Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) circuits.

These PRI circuits provide us with Caller Name & Caller ID Information. This feature is invaluable to the servicing of our clients. When answering a call; we are able to quickly verify a caller’s name and telephone information for added efficiency in our call handling.
