It is amazing that when you are in a situation that seems poor at best, (our previous service) and something new comes along, you are in heaven and things seem to just be great. Eventually though the “honeymoon phase” is over and things may slip and even go back to what you had before. I am here to say to that this HAS NOT HAPPENED here at BPE. We are receiving the same GREAT service we have received since day one. When something needs to be addressed you are very responsive and courteous. The operators are thorough and easy to work with, some actually have a sense of humor, (I will joke with them), and all have the right stuff to do this job which by it’s very nature can sometimes leave you frazzled.
